Cable Television Advisory Committee

 The Board Selectmen is the Issuing Authority for any matters dealing with a cable television license. To support it in this effort, the Board has named a Cable Television Advisory Committee with the following responsiblities:

 
*Monitor compliance, performance and services of cable providers in Danvers
*Advise Selectmen on issues related to cable services that affect the Town
*Interface between residents, businesses and town government on all matters related to cable services
*Monitor compliance in the areas of construction, installation, customer   service, quality of service, and business practices
*Advise the town during relevant license transfers, renewals and procedural matters
*Advocate for programming and information services desired by the citizens of  Danver
*Advocate in support of the goals of DCAT (Danvers Community Access Television)
